Paphos Buggy Co. is an independent booking service. We are not a vehicle rental company ourselves — we arrange bookings on your behalf with established, independently-operated local rental and tour businesses in Paphos, Cyprus. All vehicle rental, insurance, safety, and fulfilment terms are set by the operator carrying out your booking, not by us.
When you message us on WhatsApp, we confirm your requirements (vehicle type, dates, group size, pickup location) and check availability with a local operator. Once confirmed, we pass your booking details to that operator, who will contact you directly to confirm pickup and collect any required deposit or payment. Final rental terms — including driving licence requirements, minimum age, insurance, fuel policy, and security deposit — are set by the fulfilling operator and will be confirmed to you before your booking is finalised.
All rentals and safari tours require a valid, normal (non-professional) driving licence for the driver. Minimum age requirements vary by vehicle and operator (typically 21+). You must bring your licence with you at pickup.
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and is collected by the fulfilling operator, either at booking or at pickup. Deposit amounts vary by vehicle and will be confirmed before you book. We do not collect or hold customer payments or deposits ourselves.
Cancellation and no-show terms are set by the fulfilling operator and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Paphos Buggy Co. facilitates the booking only. Vehicle safety, maintenance, insurance, and the conduct of the rental or tour itself are the responsibility of the operator providing the service. Off-road buggy and quad activities carry inherent risk — please follow all safety instructions given by your operator.
